PRAGNYA, in collaboration with Golden Gate Regional Center (GGRC), is hosting a Self-Determination Program (SDP) Workshop to support individuals and families take control of their future.
💡Whether you’re new to SDP or exploring it further, this workshop is your chance to:

✅ Understand how SDP works and the who, what, when, where and how of SDP
✅ Get 1:1 support and coaching through the transition process
✅ Become part of a community and SDP support group
